You can access the galleries with the browse link at the top of any page. When you find a favourite, add it to your wishlistwishlist icon for later consideration or to your shopping cart if you think you may like it this session. After an opinion? Click on 'e-mail image details'details iconor send the actual image as an elegant online postcardecard icon

 

To buy, click 'My Cart' at the page top or 'My Wishlist' if you're after something on your list. For wishlist items, click the image and then 'add to cart'. This will take you to the checkout where you can purchase using a credit card or PayPal. You can learn more about here.

 

You (and the seller) enjoy a further level of protection, as payment is held by ArtSales.com.au, until everyone's happy with the transaction.

When a work sells, the purchase money goes automatically into a holding account and you will receive a system e-mail like this one as a receipt and as a guide for what to do next. You should also receive a PayPal receipt.

IMPORTANT Item check reminder

Signing on delivery indicates that you received your art in good order. Check the contents while the courier is present. You don't want to be held responsible for damaged goods.

If you are happy with your art,
click 'Accept' to release payment
to the artist.

Returning a work
If you're not happy with your art for any reason, this button will take you to the 'Return' page.

Adding a rating
Talk about the seller and
share your experience with others.

Talk to the seller:
questions, suggestions, details...

   Complete your purchase

 

The transaction is complete when:

 

•21 days pass without notice from you (the buyer) or

•you (the buyer) click the 'ACCEPT' button or

•you (the buyer) return the art in the same condition
