When your work sells

When your work sells, the purchase money goes automatically into a holding account and you will receive a system e-mail advising you of the sale. The e-mail also has a number of information fields on it, including the title of the work, its ID number, price and so froth. It will also contain fields you need to complete and return to us relating to your chosen carrier, including their name, web address and most importantly, the tracking number for the shipment.

We verify tracking information in order to safeguard the shipping and delivery of all works. (Except where the purchaser organises their own delivery in which case full resposibility rests with them.)

The sale is complete when:

the purchaser clicks the 'ACCEPT' button

OR

the assessment period passes without notice

For information on returns please see our policy on refunds and returns.

Payment options

Our preferred method of payment is through PayPal, the world's largest, safest and most respected Internet payment service. Opening a PayPal account is free, quick and easy, with no set up costs or ongoing fees. It also gives you an additional degree of financial protection and can be used for transactions on countless other sites across the Web. They also handle currency conversions for international purchases and the only payee information needed is a valid e-mail address.
