and you will receive a system e-mail like the one on the right, advising you of

This e-mail contains important information including:
Process
your order
Log in to the site.
There's a link in the e-mail if you need it.
Login > My links > my orders > order number.
You'll find all the details that are needed there.
From that page you can also communicate with the purchaser anonymously (no e-mail
address needed or revealed.)
Fill in your PayPal linked
e-mail account details
Fill in the courier details
including the tracking number.
After you have said goodbye to the courier,
click the SENT button to let us and the purchaser
know that it's on the way.
We verify tracking information for all works, except where the purchaser organises
their own delivery, in which case full resposibility rests with them. It's in your
interests to monitor the safe arrival of your work and confirm the date with a quick
e-mail to us, as this becomes the start date of the 21 day trial period. If you
are not sure how that works please
The
completion notice
The transaction is complete when:
•the
21 day assessment period
passes without notice or
•the purchaser clicks the 'ACCEPT' button
or
•the purchaser returns the work in the
condition they received it. For more information on returns please see our policy
on refunds
and returns.
In all cases you will receive final notification including a PayPal receipt for
purchases or a notice detailing reasons and courier details in the case of returns.
