So this is what happens...

NOTICES. PACKING AND POSTING. GETTING PAID.

 

   The 'artwork sold' notice

 

When a work sells, the purchase money goes automatically into a holding account and you will receive a system e-mail like the one on the right, advising you of the sale.

This e-mail contains important information including:

order number

 

shipping address

 

item number

 

item name

 

 

   Process your order

 

Log in to the site.
There's a link in the e-mail if you need it.
Login > My links > my orders > order number.
You'll find all the details that are needed there.
From that page you can also communicate with the purchaser anonymously (no e-mail address needed or revealed.)

 


Fill in your PayPal linked
e-mail account details

 

Fill in the courier details
including the tracking number.

 

After you have said goodbye to the courier,
click the SENT button to let us and the purchaser
know that it's on the way.

We verify tracking information for all works, except where the purchaser organises their own delivery, in which case full resposibility rests with them. It's in your interests to monitor the safe arrival of your work and confirm the date with a quick
e-mail to us, as this becomes the start date of the 21 day trial period. If you are not sure how that works please click here.
   The completion notice

 

The transaction is complete when:

the 21 day assessment period

passes without notice or

the purchaser clicks the 'ACCEPT' button or

the purchaser returns the work in the

condition they received it. For more information on returns please see our policy on refunds and returns.

 

In all cases you will receive final notification including a PayPal receipt for purchases or a notice detailing reasons and courier details in the case of returns.
